Bulbasaur ConciergeThe Bulbapedia encyclopedia is always growing here at Bulbagarden! All sorts of edits and contributions sprout up every single day thanks to Pokémon enthusiasts from all around the world! Let's take a closer look at our editors' best contributions that have taken root during the Winter 2023 season.

A Lakeside Retreat
A thin mist hangs over this eerie lakeside, where the only sound is the gentle lapping waves. Dragon-type Pokémon rule here.
It's bedtime here at Bulbapedia, and this week, we're choosing Lapis Lakeside. Thanks to Spin-Off Superstar Storm Aurora, you can too! Lapis Lakeside is the fifth island available in Pokémon Sleep, and currently the island where the Dratini, Ralts, and Stufful lines can be found. Register 240 Sleep styles, and you too can join us on our Lakeside retreat! Be sure to also check out our awesome new article all about the Snorlax you encounter on the island, courtesy of PikaTepig999!

Legend or Not, Ash Can't Do This Alone
Wise words, Melody. Why are we talking about Pokémon the Movie 2000? Because Games-Guru Boblers compiled everything there is to know about Pokémon the Movie 2000 Adventure, that's why! Largely considered lost media until it was found again in September 2023, this browser game was distributed in 2000 by Warner Bros. as a promotional first-person adventure. Out of concern that the game might overshadow other Pokémon games or create brand confusion, Nintendo sent a cease & desist letter to developer Cyberworld, and all download links for the game were pulled. Now is your chance to learn about this obscure piece of Pokémon history! And don't forget to check out Did You Know Gaming's video on the topic, fact-checked by our very own SnorlaxMonster!

Three Words for You: Treat Yo Self
Treat Yo Self 2024! How many treats have you received from Snacksworth? This short, cheerful man is happy to provide the player with treats in exchange for completing a certain number of Blueberry Quests, which can be completed at the Terarium. These snacks enable the player to meet 25 different Legendary Pokémon in the Paldea region. He has extensive knowledge of Legendary Pokémon, having heroic encounters with them in the past. You can learn all about the Man, the Myth, the Legend thanks to All Stars minibug, Lewtwo, and FolksCallMeHilbert!

A Passion for Fusion!
Under rare circumstances, some Pokémon have been known to combine with other Pokémon or even people.
What do Magnemite, Binacle, Kyurem, and Klink have in common? They undergo a phenomenon called Pokémon Fusion, and it's far more prevalent than any Pokédex may have you believe. There's even a special kind of fusion called Burst when a human and Pokémon combine. Amazing!

A team of Bulbapedia researchers have been curating information on this topic for over 10 years, and the resulting combination will have you saying "remarkable"! So fuse your hands together for Magicknight94, DoTheWave, Landfish7, and Jacob9594!

Shine Bright with this New Article
The One, the Only, the Sun—written by our very own Landfish7! From harsh sunlight to Sunsteel Strike, this article tells you everything you need to know about that ubiquitous star in the sky. Some people say the best articles are the ones diving deep into omnipresent game mechanics, and what's more omnipresent than the sun itself! Maybe the moon...

Warlords and Pokémon Unite to Conquer the Land!
Show of hands, how many of you have played Pokémon Conquest? Our wiki team spent January revisiting the Ransei region, and we'd like to debut over 150 new articles about the characters from the game! Thanks to minibug and Boblers, each page features the Warrior's story availability, their default Pokémon, a full list of their Link compatibility with all Pokémon in the game, and some trivia about their real-life historical counterpart. Players seeking to recruit all Warriors and obtain their Perfect Link Pokémon to 100% complete of the game's Gallery can now check out these excellent pages. For an extra bit of trivia, Morichika was Bulbapedia's 52,000th article. Thank you minibug for this wonderful milestone!

Thank you for joining us while we celebrate these newest additions to the Bulbapedia encyclopedia from Winter 2023.
