GO Where could possibly a GYM for trainers?

Where are the gyms for example you want to challenge a gym leader where do you go what if its in another country?

I'm sure they will make it so that everything you need is within an easily accessible area. Although I assume they will give extra stuff for Japan. But I can't see anyone being made to move countries just to find a Gym leader. A specific Gym leader, yes maybe, but I'm sure gyms will be available near everyone.

Probably will have NPC gym leaders, just like in the games. As for location, most likely within an country's most populated cities, like New York, Tokyo, etc.

If they make gym leaders separate for each country, I'm pretty sure there will be some sort of system where you can battle that gym leader if you find someone from that country, kinda like trading PKMN

I feel like there would be major leagues in large population centers, like BizarreEeveelution said. They'd be the official, Game Freak sponsored leagues. I think local leagues would spring up too though. They wouldn't be official ones like in the major population centers, but they'd work for the people in a specific area that can't get to an official one.

There's four gyms within walking distance of my apartment, two within walking distance of work.

I've seen a few churches in my surrounding area that are Pokemon Gyms as well, although my area seems to have many different locations as gyms. For instance, there is a Postal Office in my local shopping centre that serves as a Pokemon Gym.

My gyms are rather varied. Office buildings, clinics, churches, post offices, random parks.

I have also seen some Gyms in the middle of scenic nowhere, like in the woods or something.
