Pokethlon: My favorite of them all, a bunch of really cool minigames that aren't really hard to master, and you get to see many Pokemon overworld sprites while playing through it.
Hoenn Secret bases: The restrictions in space and number of items are ridiculous, but it's very fun to customize and very nostalgic.
Alola Photo Club: Simple and fun, but it should be accessible from the main menu.
Voltorb Flip: I'm down for any intelligence-based minigame, I honestly prefer it to the casino slots.
Pokemon Amie: The minigames were fun and so is petting your Pokémon.

What, we can only vote for one? Aww

I voted for the Sinnoh Underground. God knows how many hours I spent there. I even buried tons of spheres on an entire route. Now that we've got more items throughout the years, if the Underground feature ever comes back, I'm probably going to be stuck in there again.

If you add the contests together, its the most popular w/26.4%, which is nice to see. Now if only Gamefreak would notice this and support them more ...

Didn't expect Pokeathlon to be so high, but tbf its pretty awesome.

Sinnoh Underground. It was just endless fun in my opinion, and I also liked that the feature had wireless capabilities so that we could play with other people.

My top three are as followed:

Sinnoh Underground: Good lord, I have no idea how many hours I spent down there, harvesting items like Heart Scales, stones, and Plates. Every time I do a Platinum run I always spend a goodly amount of time down there treasure hunting. It was just so addictive that I've killed more battery time on it than the actual gameplay. But it's always worthwhile.

Mantine Surf: Easily the best way to get BP, as I suck as competitive stuff, which is why I never dabble in Battle Tree or the like. Plus the music is so catchy and it's just so much fun to pull off tricks. I would spend hours on Mantine Surf purely for that, let alone the BP. Plus, it creates great world building for Alola, and gives the player a more fun alternative to just the ferry. Easily one the best features to emerge from Gen 7.

PokeStar Studios: Believe it or not, I actually like PokeStar Studios. It is so much fun to make mock movies with both rental and my own Mons. Plus, you get rewards for good performances, like rare items, which is always a major plus to me. I will spend hours making various movies there, both for the narm charm and free items, plus getting that star animation when one of your Mons gets the strange ending is pretty neat.

I personally have always liked in a particular way the Bug Catching Contest, especially on Generation II. I don't really know why, but just thinking about it brings back a lot of nostalgia.
I also remember the HG/SS Poké Balls of this contest to be rather cool.

Pokeathlon because it was both fun and challenging. I still need to get a high score in all of the events in my HG game, but that's part of the fun since it takes hard work.

I love how the Pokéathlon is the best feature because it allowed for Pkmn to show their strenghs in a somewhat friendly manner. I hated how musicals were for me just as using Pkmn as puppets for show.
I also think that Amie and Refresh are simply great options when caring for Pkmn and showing affection and hence a step up, just like having a partner Pkmn following you, and so, while Pokéathlon could be seen as something regional and pertaining Johto, Amie, Refresh (and Pkmn following us, at least the option to) should just be kept as staple from which to build upon in future games.
