1. A tie between Snowpoint and Snowbelle
2. Again a tie between S'point and S'belle. S'point seem to represent Ice better, but S'belle seem to reperesent a snowy region better.
3. For this, Snowbelle wins, hands down. Very fitting for the town of the last gym, before your quest for the Pokemon championship nears to an end.

Snowbelle sounds the most fitting, although Icirrus is good, too.

Snowbelle and Snowpoint represent the town and snow aspects the best imo. As for which one I like, it's both in a tie again, mainly for how relaxing they sound to me.
