Which pokemon evolutionary line is the most fluent?

I think the stoutland family does it well. Each evolution is just bigger with more hair.
 
Yeah I agree on Lillipup's line, a pretty consistent evolutionary family that does it very well.

Pidgey's line, Bulbasaur's line, Ponyta/Rapidash, Seel/Dewgong, Grimer/Muk, Krabby/Kingler, Gligar/Gliscor, Cranidos/Rampardos, Munna/Musharna, Blitzle/Zebstrika, Solosis line, Gothita line, Honedge line, Popplio line, and Yungoos/Gumshoos are other evolutionary families I find to be close enough in consistency. I'm probably forgetting others as well though.
 
Bulbasaur line sets the benchmark, IMO. That and the Klink line, for obvious reasons.
