Which starter Pokémon would you choose from each region?

In my opinion, i just wanna know who out there would choose which starter pokemon from each region in the pokemon world. I would choose Bulbasaur from Kanto, Cyndaquil from Johto, Mudkip from Hoenn, and Chimchar from Sinnoh. NOW, who would you choose?

Shouldn't this be in the general Pokemon section? Anyway, my starter choices would be:

Bulbasaur of Kanto
Cyndaquil of Johto
Treecko/Mudkipz of Hoenn
Chimchar of Sinnoh.

Pretty much the same as yours except I don't know if I could choose between Treecko or Mudkipz.

Kanto: Charmander (Yeah, Charizard is great)
Johto: Chicorita
Hoenn: Treecko (Sceptile to me is awsome)
Sinnoh: Piplup (only cause I love emploeon, not piplup)

I really find fire types to be the best started in the pokemon games lol

Well, I don't know why this is the anime section, but...

Kanto - Charmander (who doesn't like Charizard)
Johto - Chikorita (just because most of the people I know went with Fire- or Water-types, I'd like to stand out)
Hoenn - Mudkip (all jokes aside, Water/Ground is a good combination)
Sinnoh - Hard to choose (I chose Piplup in D/P, but just because I had to pick one. Water/Steel is quite an awesome combination, but Chimchar and Turtwig are good too, so I really couldn't choose between them)

This a tough question for me, as they are all equal in the beginning. I was expecting a majority to choose fire-starters. For some strange reason I choose all the grass-starters in each generation.

Johto: Chikorita
Hoenn: Torchic or Treecko
Sinnoh: Piplup or Chimchar

I do like pretty much all the starters though, but those are my favorites.

Yep, last one breaks the trend. Chimchar just sucks that much in my opinion.

Kanto: Bulbasaur or Charmander (Charizard is my favourite pkmn but I like Bulba/Ivy for the 1st and 2nd stages)
Johto: I honestly can't choose. I like all 3 the same. I usually pick randomly.
Hoenn: Treecko. (Sceptile rocks)
Sinnoh: Tutwig(Torterra is cool. The other two sets don't really interest me).

Kanto, I'll choose Hitokage. Johto, I'll choose Hinoarashi or Chikorita. Hoenn, I would like Achamo or Mizugorou. And Sinnoh, I want to choose Naetle or Hikozaru.

I'm not sure, I usually buy both games.
