But for the HOTTEST leader, I pick Elesa/Whitney/Skyla.

Cilan, Cress, Flannery, Elesa, and Sabrina. Other candidates include Volkner, Lt. Surge, Misty, Erika, Clair, Skyla, Winona, Falkner, and Morty.
 
Female: Gardenia. That exposed belly is so hot.
Male: Morty. His HGSS design is very attractive.
