Hottest trainer title would go to Lance or N. Theres something appealing about Looker (although, not a trainer really)...

The hottest gym leaders, male and female, are Marlon and Elesa, respectively. Coincidentally, they're both native of Unova region.

In my opinion, the hottest Gym Leaders are Marlon (<3) Cilan, Misty and Flannery. I have a particular bias towards Marlon and Misty though. |3 I would also say Elesa but I'm not too fussed on her.
