It did just make him feel more strange and scary. Seriously who walks around dressed up as a Mega Blaziken in a coat???? It is just wicked.

Maybe Mega Blaziken's trainer is a part of a group of Mega evolution Pokemon trainers, being the first one to appear.
Maybe he even cosplays more than one Mega Evolution, and has a Mega Lucario as well. He could also be a future rival Ash.

Agreed, the fact that he wears a Blaziken costume just kills the suspense for me, it reminds me of a CoTD back in Hoenn who would always dressed up as different Pokemon, and had an obsession with May's pants for some reason.

You may notice that many are speculating/ have speculated about the 'Blaziken man' being some sort of returning character, hence my comment. Also, as I said, I don't think I would find any of those good/ interesting enough. In fact, I'd go so far as to say I categorically WOULDN'T enjoy any of those characters returning with a Mega Blaziken, cretin.
