The only bad thing about it being Limone is that it was kind of being set up as this series long mystery with Blaziken Man being this mentor-type figure, or at-least it felt that way, and now it seems like they might just resolve it here more or less...

Of course, who knows if Ash and co. (or mainly just Ash and Bonnie being the gullible "children") will even discover his identity, maybe only the viewer will realize it and otherwise it'll be treated as a mystery for future episode.

The male assistant to Sycamore? He is a super hero in the games. Dexio or something like that, right? He maybe got aged up and got a nice beard?
But otherwise I belive in the Limone theory.

I like the theory that he's Clemont's Dad. That would be a more interesting twist and it could bring up some interesting developments for Clemont and Bonnie, depending on whether or not they knew about it beforehand.

Is suspicious that Clemont's father has a Blaziken, a non-Kalos Pokemon (and the anime is not showcashing non-Kalos Pokemon without reason) who is a event that is distributed until 15th January of next year. I don't believe that a recurring character is going to be the Blaziken Mask.

And knowing that is the same voice actor does not make Limone the Blaziken Mask.

The objective of the marketing is that you associated Limone with the Blaziken Mask person. And having the mystery of if Limone is the Blaziken Mask. To do it, even though the Blaziken Mask and KLimone could be different people, the VA has to be the same or it can be spoiled from the VA List of TV Tokyo.
