Will Goh capture Legendary Pokemon?

Would you catch rider Calyrex in a single pokeball in the anime universe?

Would that give you 1, 2, or 3 dex entries?

Could Calyrex climb off of his steed, and if he did, would you gain another 1-2 dex entries if you hadn't already received them? Or would Calyrex/ his steed be no longer registered to your pokedex and be capturable?

Could you return Calyrex alone/ the steed to your pokeball?

SWSH:

Main game - catch dragon
Post game - catch dog
DLC 1 - catch bear
DLC 2 - catch everything

LOL

*Just shower thoughts.

I think they’d need two separate Pokeballs since they don’t fuse per se. They just decided to borrow fusion as the in game mechanic to show Calyrex and its steed as one entity, since there aren’t many mechanics that can do so. No actual fusion occurs and nor is Calyrex bound to its steed.
