Will Mew be catchable in game?

Do you mean the Mew glitch? I don’t think it was an intended way to get Mew...
They confirmed there is no other (legal) way to get Mew in LGPE.

Mew was originally a secret put in by Shigeki Morimoto. Even Nintendo didn’t know about it. So I wouldn’t be surprised if someone decided to do soemthong like that again as a throwback. Granted it was more of the big secret of RG, but still.

I doubt that. They've already confirmed that Mew will be exclusive to the Pokeball plus, so if someone did program Mew into the games secretly, they'd likely get fired.

Maybe there will be a secret way to get it in game like in the originals.

I find it more likely for Game Freak to have Mew unlock something under that truck rather than some "secret way to get Mew," especially since it would invalidate the Poké Ball Plus promotion.
