This is a mix of worldbuilding and help but worldbuilding feels more apt lmao

I'm getting to the part in my fic outline where I can worldbuild for the Celestica, mainly their coming of age ceremony: Sinnoh Circuit

I'd love if someone could help me out with it :3
And probably hear me ramble about Tego, the Hero, and his boyfriend, Seki
