Worst Error In The Pokémon anime

Because that's the only error I can think of at the moment.

• The 6-minute long bout of no BGM in Another One Gabites the Dust!. Was that some weird artistic choice or was there no quality check before episode was sent to Cartoon Network?
• Caterpie's nose consistently colored yellow instead of green for like the first 3 years of the show.

Oh my god, that was legendary. I can't believe I've never heard of this.

"...without Charizard" - Yeah that's true
"...and Pidgeotto" - Well that's...
"...and Scyther" - (shows clip of Bugsy's Scyther) Wait what!?
"...and Cyndaquil." - (shows Cyndaquil attacking said Scyther)

The translator must have been sick that day. You'd think that Veronica Taylor would stop and be like, "Wait, that doesn't sound right". Maybe they aren't allowed to express opinions...

That's in some ways funnier than double Pikachu because of it being one of the characters having a severe memory lapse.

Didn't the narrator in the dub claim Ash beat Lorelai/Prima in the following episode?
