Yeah, me neither. I made my own RP section at my Fire Emblem fansite for that reason. Doubt anyone here would be interested, though. It's not strictly for Fire Emblem RPs only, it's an open area where pretty much anything goes (there are still rules, though, of course), but from what I know, not many people at Bulbagarden play FE.

I've never rp'ed before on the Internet, but I've done live roleplay before when I was younger. I still have the clothing and latex weapons I used, including a long haired wig in order to make me look more barbaric (I considered back then to buy a fake beard as well). But man, that thing really made my head very itchy! Unfortunately, the shield I made was disposed off because it took too much space, I was proud of making it myself back then. Anyway, enough rambling about what gear I have/had for live roleplay. I've actually considered trying a rp here at some point, but the problem for me was time. Now that I have holiday, it might be a different story.

I used to RP here, but I just never got into it as much as I did fanfiction. Some friends and I are actually starting up a campaign for the Pokemon Tabletop Adventures RPG, which ought to be interesting. It's a fanmade game, but it's really involved. Looks like much more fun than D&D, for sure.

I RP on a different site. Right now, most my of my RPs here (which hybridize pokémon, gunplay and high-octane thrills) have died.

The only RP I could ever get into was Dungeons and Dragons. Alas, all of my usual groups have moved on to different things, so I'm stuck with about $450 worth of D&D material I've collected over the years, sitting cold and alone in my closet as they collect dust.

Trying to find a new group in my city full of thugs, drug users and gangbangers is like trying to find a diamond in a tree trunk. It's just not gonna happen.

Tabletops are fun. We started playing our Pokemon tabletop at lunch yesterday, and so far it's amazing fun. "Whismur uses Tackle!" "Nope, it misses." "Fine, then I punch the guard in the face!" We are gonna rip it up once we really start playing on Monday.

Well, seems like my external hard drive I've used to store data in, stuff from school and my current education, photos, fanfics etc. is down for the count for good. It started yesterday, when my Microsoft Word file in the hard drive refused to cooperate with me, including the rest inside the hard drive. I scanned it and everything, yet nothing wrong could be found. Seeing that I wouldn't go anywhere continuing like that, I decided to copy everything onto my computer for the time being. As luck would have it, that turned out to be a pretty damn good idea, because the old data in the hard drive got deleted without warning half an hour later. 5 years of data just barely saved, I don't want to go through that again (phew).

Now that I got the data outside the hard drive, everything works fine now, so it was the hard drive in the end that caused trouble. But the situation could not have come at a worse point than now, really. I've just spent 1,659 Danish kroner, or 222 Euros for 5 new books for the next semester in the trade school (and that's with 20% off for each book). Well, I guess I'll have to spend a little bit on a USB flash drive, anyway. I prefer to be able to store my data like that, so I won't lose it if something happens to one of my computers.

I remember when I lost my external hard drive that I kept everything important on. It didn't turn on anymore, dying literally three days after the warranty went out. It's like it was a time bomb.

Worst part was, when I called in for data recovery services, they were charging, get this, $749 for it. I ended up just buying a new harddrive for about $60, took the data disk out of the old one, and got my stuff back that way. There was nothing physically wrong with the disk or the data on it, it a motorized part inside that didn't work anymore.

Oh no--that's even worse than losing a PC!
That it is. I'm very lucky that I managed to copy my data onto my computer before it was too late.

I think it's the same problem in my case as well, because I could hear some clicking sounds coming from inside the hard drive before it deleted the data inside. But $749 for data recovery?! That's way too much!!

So, I finally got back to reading and writing again yesterday. It felt really good.

I just haven't had any energy lately, thanks to my job, so I've barely been doing anything.

Did you guys hear the sad news today? Andy Griffith died. :(

His show was so amazing, and it was funny cause of Don Knotts, who played Barney Fife. It'll always be loved.

So, I've been juggling a few fics lately (on the reading side), and I thought Misheard/Archer/whatever would like this:

"When you play the game of champions, you either win or you die."

Just a random thought. :p

So I've been having a bit of a trouble with the latest chapter I have to write. You see I have to write a love confession but I don't have any experience writing them, I mean I know how confessions go but...I don't know I guess it's hard to simply put it into words to make it touch another.

Any advise?
