Yeah and my day was going to so well too :( I lost my phone and my ipod though the ipod hurts me the most.

You should've gone to the police, man! That's how my stepdad got his truck back when it was stolen.

We called the police but it's not the same thing, plus it's not like they'll do much anyway.

If the warranty's still good, you could get a new one right? And since iTunes probably has all the stuff on the iPod in its library you can just sync all your stuff to the new iPod.

@unrepentantAuthor; That's terrible :O. Do you have a backup of your hardrive or something? Those anti-virus programs always beg you to do so.

Yeah, DC's not as good as Marvel, Marvel's like the king of comic and superhero related stuff. One good superhero from DC is Batman. That's pretty much it.

What are y'all favorites by the way?

For me, it's

1)Batman-badass who doesn't need superpowers to be awesome.

2)Spiderman-my favorite ever since I was a kid. So cool.

3)Ironman-like Batman, but I like Batman more.

Not my police xD they're way too slow so I don't really have a lot of hopes in it as for the ipod well my brother actually sent it to me from the US so the warranty doesn't really apply but I still have my old ipod

bahahaha I think Lady Lucifer's is better though :p

And I've never had much patience with superheroes, myself. I'm enjoying the recent rash of Marvel movies as well as the Batman ones, but for the most part I couldn't even tell you which superhero belongs to which of the big publishing houses. Like it matters? I mean . . . well, never mind. Just admire my beautiful hair.

That's easy lol.

1. Iron Man - He's an epic guy who needs no super powers, but instead uses a high-tech metal suit that fires awesome lasers, can fly, and has tiny bombs that are powerful enough to blow the crap out of big tanks. And he's awesome enough to reveal his identity right away, unlike other super heroes. The only downside is that he's a bit of a showoff, but it's actually kinda funny at the same time lol. And I love Tony Stark's personality all around.

2. Spidey - Ah, good ol' Spiderman! I've liked him since my little bro got me into him. The movies were okay, but the 90s cartoon wins all Spiderman stuff. Peter Parker is so hilarious in it and I watched every season. Hate that the show ended in a cliff-hanger though. Still, Spidey's spider powers are cool.

3. Flash - Flash is my favorite member of the Justice League, definitely. I think his speedy powers are awesome and so is his personality in the cartoon. Oh, and his costume is epic.

4. Fantastic Four - These guys are awesome all around and I like their back story. "FLAME ON!" also rocks as a quote.

5. Batman and Robin - Ah, finally, the Dynamic Duo. I always liked Robin a bit more because of the movie Batman Forever (Chris O'Donnell as Dick Grayson/Robin was just pure genius. The guy is hot, had an epic costume, and I just loved how he did the character overall), but both of these guys are awesome and don't need actual super powers to be awesome, much like Iron Man.

Let me teach you.

If the titular superhero(es) received his/her powers in a scientific blunder, that's Marvel. If said titular superhero has his superpowers just because, that's DC.

In a nutshell.

It's a good rule, but it's not a absolute one. Take the X-Men for example. They got their power from mutation in their genes and they belong in the Marvel franchise.

The rule I've been taught by a friend is essentially "Marvel writes heroes to relate to, DC writes heroes to look up to." Seems legit.

That's also scarily true if you study each group's heroes and their backstories...

I just got back from Washington last night. It was a really great trip and I already miss my boyfriend, but I can't say I'm not glad to be home, even if I didn't get as much writing done while I was away that I thought I would. I can, however, say that I'm not glad to be doing what I did all day today, which was filling out job applications -_-

Things have finally recovered from the fallout of the catastrophe in my personal life that recently occurred and writing is resuming today. Wish me luck?
