Re: If you were a gym leader...

Well, this is a team I'd use as a, "Champion," in my fanmade/run league, but sure, Gym Leader!

Town:

Name: PJ

Type: Fire

Pokémon:

Ambipom
Magmar
Ninetales
Kecleon
Infernape

I only have 5 Pokémon since gym leaders don't ever have 6. Rematch team would probably be more accurately representing of my actual, "Champion," team:

Ambipom
Ninetales
Weezing
Magmortar
Kecleon
Infernape

Re: If you were a gym leader...

I already posted one, but I thought of another one:

Location: Airship Serenity

An airship flying high above the clouds over the region. It could only be accessed with fly outside of the first time you go there, when the Region's Champion takes you there in order to thwart the plans of the evil team of the region. The reason you go to the airship is so that I (the leader) can take you to the team's hideout, which is deep in the mountains and inaccessible on foot.

The champion and I join the player in a few tag battles as we storm the base, I use Togekiss in those battles.

Anyway, my gym would the 8th gym and it would be flying type:

Pidgeot level 44
Ability: keen eye
Return
Brave Bird
Steel wing
Quick attack

Crobat level 45
Brave Bird
Cross poison
pursuit
u turn

Altaria level 47
Dragon pulse
flamethrower
ice beam
sing

Swellow level 48
item: toxic orb
facade
brave bird
steel wing
u turn

Togekiss level 50
Ability: serene grace
aura sphere
air slash
flame thrower
nasty plot

Badge: Blue Sky Badge
Tm: Air Slash

Re: If you were a gym leader...

Town: Orchídola (loud "e" sound)

Gym Leader: Vívío (again long "e"sounds, masculine version of "Vivian"; it's not "Vivion" because that sounds like the "-eon" of the eeveelutions). Vívío is 17 years old, around 5'5'' with short, brown and blonde hair in a faux-hawk, blue eyes, ears pierced, and his left eye-brow pierced. He wears a green and white plaid, button up shirt but the right-hand side stretched over the middle and buttoned on a slightly curved vertical line around where his left nipple should be. No sleeves and a tattoo of a curvy pattern going from his right bicep, down his arm and covers his right pectoral muscle and back. He also has tattoos on his neck that come up to about 1 1/2'' from the bottom of his neck and look like black spikes coming from his chest, shoulders, and upper back. Khaki shorts and brown sandals. His personality is similar to the super peppy cheerleader and he's always happy but becomes sad to the point of being undistinguishable from clinical depression when anyone is criticized for looks, actions, is said to not be able to be a good person, or anything else other than current character. Very high energy and a muscular build. He's like the Tucker of Orchídola except he wishes he didn't get so much attention. Many people come to watch his battles and he often participates in Pokémon Contests but only accepts the ribbon when his points in the final round battle are bellow 25%. If not, the ribbon is awarded to his challenger. He does this out of courtesy as he is revered as the fourth strongest coordinator of his region, and for the past five years he has always made it to the final round but has yet to win. Vívío also lets people come and watch him when he is practicing for contests and they may stay for as long as they like so long as they show a sense of decorum. He can usually be found at his gym, and although it's not really official, he teaches a "class" on preparing and learning about contests, though anyone can walk in anytime, and Vívío never complains, no matter the time or how tired he may be. And I know you're thinking it, yes he's gay, but by no means girly or a physical cry-baby.

Type: If Pokémon were real, I'd kind of be like Fantina; my style would be music and dance, but not like Whismur and Kricketot and Ludicolo. I mean like a cross between cheerleading flips, fighting, and acrobatics; never being still, always moving, and using my opponents attacks on me to my advantage, absorbing and redirecting the energy, letting it carry my Pokémon. For instance, if one of my Pokémon took a direct Focus Punch to the chest, it would just go limp at the time of impact and after physical contact was gone, turn it's kinetic energy into back flips to disperse the energy. Also, my entire strategy would be centered around a specific rhythm and song. At my gym, the music will be played on the battlefield. Yes, my opponent would be able to predict when I attack, but I would easily be able to anticipate their attack at the same time and know when to either avoid the attack or be directly in the line-of-sight and use the force of the impact to launch my Pokémon wherever I want. Most of my Pokémon would be Grass-types or other Pokémon with slender bodies that can easily be slung around and shaken like a ragdoll, but still take the damage. Speed would be real important to me.

Pokémon:
Scizor (with the new move Iron Clobber, a beam attack made by using Metal Claw and beating it's own hands against each other but used as clapping to keep rhythm by Vívío)
Bellossom
Breloom (it has a wild flower in place of the berry on it's head)
Roselia (because Roserade is too big for my taste, it holds a real rose and prefers to dance the tango)
Tsutaja (or one of it's evolutions, depending on if they become and STAY skinny)
Casaryd- my Ace (Dark/Psychic-type (Psychic-type pending); a Fakemon created by me, I'll post it somewhere and put a link here)

Badge: Helitro Badge (long "e" sound, based off the color Heliotrope because I don't want to use the color Regalia yet)
