The Gym would be a building of rusted metal, with four Gym Trainers inside, armed with Pokemon around Lvl13. There's a platform in the center of the room, with a mechanism next to it. You have to beat all the trainers, and when you defeat them they give you a gear/cog. Then you have to place the cogs and gears in the mechanism, which allows for the platform to go down. There, you fight the Gym Leader, me.

If I was a gym leader, I wouldn't stick to just one type, I would use a range of different types.
