The name "Rage City" is a rough translation from "La Ciudad de la Furia", one of my favourite songs. The type comes from a quote from the same song. "Me verás volar por la Ciudad de la Furia", means "You'll see me flying over City of Rage". I see it as a big and rather dark metropoli, not unlike Hiun or a full Black City.
