Your drinking habits

Not much of a drinker but I do enjoy home-fermented hard cider.

Um I don't actually drink any alcohol at all since I have seen to many drunks that are self loathing and no relatives of theirs comes to visit them so yeah I only drink water, soda and fruit juice (not at the same time obviously).

Same here, only in my case it's for religious reasons (I'm Muslim). On the other hand, I drink lots of fruit-flavoured sodas and sparkling waters, and Coke and Pepsi (My parents only buy Diet Coke and Diet Pepsi because they think the regular kind makes me too hyper). Hate the taste of plain water, though.

On the whole, I'm not that much of a drinker: I stick to fruitier, sweeter drinks and prefer things like Mike's Hard Lemonade and Redd's Apple or Strawberry ale. I'll only drink once or twice a month if I have anything alcoholic in the house, so a twelve pack of Redd's can last me a while. If I'm out with friends I might have a mixed drink like a chocolate martini, a hurricane, a mudslide or a strawberry margarita. If I'm at BotCon, my go-to drink of choice during the Saturday night Casino Night event is a Cape Codder: vodka and cranberry juice.

Other than that, I mostly stick to fruit juice and the occasional soft drink, with Wild Cherry Pepsi as my favorite. (Man, I miss Pepsi Twist. Pepsi + lemon juice = awesome.)
I noticed last week that Leinenkugel's came out with their winter seasonals and I picked up a 6-pack of the Cranberry Ginger. It tastes...pretty much how you'd expect. They've got a stout, too, and I'll try that this weekend.
Leinie's makes some ridiculously good beers. I'm not normally a beer person but I love their Cranberry Ginger Shandy and their Vanilla Porter. Both are seasonal however, and can only be found in the winter months. Also loving the Winter's Bite but you know, cocoa flavors are something I can't say no to. In the summer I have to pick up their Summer Shandy as well.

My hubby's really fond of their Red Lager and will drink that every chance he gets. He also holds his liquor better than me. Two is my limit, no lie.
For you younger folks that can handle it, y'all should try the Charmander shot. It's a shot of Fireball Whisky, a shot of Bacardi 151 Rum, and a splash of Grenadine. Light it on fire and shoot. It's rough but the Fireball makes it manageable. It puts hair on your chest and bartenders love it.
One of these days, I may just try that. I like to live dangerously.

Im a heavy drinker but i have matured in the years. I drink whisky and coke on ice and i only drink wen i dont have important stuff to do the next day. I make my drink and i dont stop until im asleep at about 5 in the morning. Fun stuff and great for having fun and loosining up. I only recommend that you dont drive or do something youll regret. It can happen easy

In college, I used to drink to get drunk, it was fun sometimes, others it wasn't.
Fast forward a few years to now, and I rarely EVER drink. I've been drunk maybe twice in the past 3 years, and one of those times I fell down the stairs in my apartment a couple times and cracked my tailbone. The other I sobered up after an hour or so.
For the most part I only drink to relax at the end of a very frustrating day, maybe once or twice a month I'll a single drink, either a beer or a shot of whiskey, maybe mixed with coca-cola.
Otherwise I really only use alcohol when making Pasta Sauce.
It used to be fun, but once the thrill of it all wore off, it just became work to get drunk for not much of a reward.

I live in a dry county in Alabama...but people just drive about 45 miles to the line and get drinks. A lot of people drink on Friday and Saturday nights...mostly younger people, under 30. The older ones that still drink at all (where I am) are mostly alcoholics that drink beer every single evening when they get home from work. Some people over 30 do it as an occasion thing, but it's mostly people that either 1.) don't drink at all or 2.) are alcoholics. I get shyt faced about once every month or two...because after I get that drunk, I can't even stomach the sight of alcohol for at least another 3 weeks.

I don't. I've seen alcohol ruin lives like drugs ruins lives too. I'm not touching it.

I drink a fair bit. I have no problem in enjoying a few drinks. I love beers, wines, spirits, cider, champagne and the list goes on.

It is strange but I don't really like alcohol drinks. Probably I don't like hangovers or the feeling. So non-alcoholic beverages are just fine with me.
