When leveling up the Pokemon with the Blissey trainers and at least one Pokemon didn't reach the high enough level to evolve or competitive Pokemon didn't reach level 50 for wifi battles. Or when I forget to turn on the level release before challenging the Blissey trainers.

If that alternate move wasn't what I believe is Calm Mind, and if the Octillery surrounding it use a move that is not Octazooka, I would have been able to strike it down.

So yeah, very frustrating without a viable Steady/Reflector mon, preferably with Electric attacks...

Every time I encounter a Pokemon with a multi-hit move in PMD. See, unlike the regular games, each hit does a good amount of damage... effectively making the likes of Rock Blast and Bullet Seed, unreliable moves in the core series, seriously overpowered attacks in PMD.

Every time I have the bad luck to run into a Drifblim in PMD. All of them pack this ability that "speeds up their attacks" (basically, they use the same move twice in one go, and you can't do a thing about it). They also have Ominous Wind, which can strike anything in a very large range pretty hard... and has a high chance of raising ALL of the user's stats. So, you could have a Drifblim using Ominous Wind FOUR TIMES IN A ROW before you can even access your menu.

Escort missions. They're "FUUUU moments" for all the reasons all escort missions are.

Over the past two days i've had the worst luck with Platinum. Yesterday i decided to find black sludge. Oh, the nightmare. It's available found only on wild Croagunk - a pokemon that is found 10% of the time in route 212, holding the item only 5% of the time. That translates to a 0.5% chance of finding what i want. It took hours - i actually had to stop, put the DS down, go into the other room and scream into a pillow. It's so frustrating, made even worse by the fact that black sludge itself is amazingly useful for so many pokemon, so why is the damn stuff so precious!?!?!

Then there's today. I was battling the E4 for giving my level 70s experience, and i came up against that bitch, Cynthia. I took out her Spiritomb and manoeuvred my Dialga to face her Garchomp. It used Dragon rush and brought Dialga down to 2HP. I told it to use the last Roar of Time thus guaranteeing my success, and it missed. After that the 5 other members of my team were wiped out and i lost. I never wanted to throw my DS out the window so badly before. But instead i came on here and started bitching about it, cos that's what we do.

After beating the E4 I decided what better way to spend my end game time that to try my hand at breeding so I ramdomly pick a Mon (put all my pokemon in the box count how many I have and pick a number out of a hat) ended up with Gible ( think I got that right...the one that eventually gets to Garchomp)

So I head to were there at and start running around with my Buttwrfree with Sleep Powder....catch a few of them run to the pc put Em in and go back for more

About 7 Gibles in, one jumps out at me and immediately put it to sleep, at this point I had no problem putting them to sleep then catching them in Pokeballs. But this one just wouldn't stay in even tho it was asleep.....10-15 Pokeballs, 5 Great balls, and 3 repeat balls and still kept jumping out....ended up getting fed up with it and my BF was running out of PP for its Sleep Powder so I tossed an Ultra...tossed 2 cuz it even broke out of the first....oh I was ticked.....and of course my wife is sitting next to me just laughing.......wasn't even worth it in the end....gave me the most trouble to catch.....only fantastic stats in HP and Def and horrible speed.......

It can't move!' flash accross the screen* *The aforementioned Chandelure gets KOed, thus ending my streak*

FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU...



At least I went from having 10 BP to over 100.

I've had that sort of thing happen too. Once, I had made it all the way to Chatelaine Evelyn and thought, "Hey, I might be able to beat her!"

...her Lumineon absolutely destroyed my team. I could not take one freaking HP off that simpering little fish. I wanted to throw my 3DS at a wall. I was utterly livid.

To this day, I still hate Lumineon, which leads me to another FUUUU~!! moment:

I make it to a boss while playing Rumble World and I beat said boss. Not only that, the boss dropped over as a toy and didn't morph into a giant coin when I was done. I should be happy, right? Erhm, no. The game was trolling me. It was a Lumineon. I had just beaten and recruited a Lumineon. As in, that grinning evil fish from the freaking Maison. A.R.G.H!! :banghead:
