I hope it's okay that I drew some small pictures instead of simply describing how they look like.

Gym Leaders:
1st: Grass
firstgymy72kinlm36.png

Signature Pokémon: Leafeon
Despite his position as a Gym Leader he still likes to travel; because of that he can sometimes be found in random places after beating the Elite Four. In his younger years he was a Pokémon Ranger.

2nd: Ground
secondgyms6jcz3p5ev.png

Signature Pokémon: Krokorok (Evolved into Krookodile in rematches)
Quite perfectionistic and has a dry sense of humour. Aside from fulfilling her duties as a Gym Leader, which she takes very serious, she currently studies geology.

3rd: Ghost
thirdgym6dkpsrc1tq.png

Signature Pokémon: Spiritomb
While this young man might look a bit intimidating at first, he is actually a very easy-going person who loves tea and coffee. Always a bit tired as he sometimes has trouble falling asleep due to all the caffeine he consumes, but refuses to switch to decaffeinated coffee until he has used up his precious coffee supply.

4th: Electric

Signature Pokémon: Manectric
She is a programmer and constantly listens to music while not fighting someone or brooding over a complex problem. May or may not be related to other Electric type Gym Leaders ;)

5th: Flying
fifthgymevd9fixpab.png

Signature Pokémon: Staraptor
A musical author and actor who more or less retired in order to be able to fully concentrate on his new role as a Gym Leader.

6th: Steel
sixthgymikycmn31de.png

Signature Pokémon: Skarmory
This stern Gym Leader doesn't underestimate anyone she fights against, but certainly shouldn't be underestimated as well. Due to her sheer experience from battling trainers all over the world for most of her life, her team is much more trained after competitive standards than the ones of the other Gym Leaders, especially in rematches.

7th: Poison
seventhgym2ywf4gsdzmx.png

Signature Pokémon: Dragalge
Nature: Impish
He just recently became a Gym Leader and is extremely proud of this, despite showing this only by wearing his gym's badge as a necklace pendant. Is in general a bit less tough than he'd like to be and is bad at hiding how overly devastated he is whenever he loses a match. He secretly has a thing for the Ground type Gym Leader and in his free time he likes to ride his motorcycle.

8th: Mixed
The last Gym Leader should be something special, so I had the idea that maybe the protagonist of the gender the player didn't choose could have this position. Of course, him/her being the main rival at the same time would be a bit hard to explain, so maybe she/he could simply serve as a substitute for the usual Gym Leader or be the protagonist's sibling?
Signature Pokémon: As using the starter that is effective against the protagonist's is traditionally the role of the rival, he/she could have the same starter as the protagonist. Could be an epic duel.

Elite Four & Champion:
(The Elite Four can be challenged in every order)

Fairy
elitefairy7fbh6drtge.png

Signature Pokémon: Whimsicott
(The idea of a male Fairy Pokémon trainer having a flower beard is inspired by the "Big Softie" trainer class that Cute Charm wrote about in the "Idea for Trainer Classes" thread.)
Very polite and gentle. He likes to take long, quiet walks alone; also has a talent for designing costumes and often worked together with the Flying type Gym Leader when he still made musicals more regularly. Actually uses very sneaky strategies in battle despite his nice personality.

Bug

Signature Pokémon: Galvantula (maybe Volcarona in a rematch?)
She is a very lively person and loves to be surrounded by many Pokémon, thus the light-flooded room she is battled in is basically a small forest with lots of Bug Pokémon hiding in the bushes and trees.

Fighting
elitefightingnvqrz3dt14.png

Signature Pokémon: Pangoro
Gender: ???
There were a knight and a ninja in the Elite Four before, so why not someone who likes Kendo? When the Elite Four helps the protagonist to storm the headquarter of the villains, he/she leads them.

Rock
eliterock2grnoelqtac.png

Signature Pokémon: Cradily
A true Ruin Maniac who grew up in Hoenn and thus has many Pokémon from that region in his team. His idol is Steven Stone, and he left Hoenn after his faith in humanity was destroyed when Wallace became Champion. He is also a bit crazy and talks very fast; after beating the Elite Four for the first time, he appears when you find the place where the Regi-Trio can be caught.

CHAMPION: ICE
icechampxpaljy9g3r.png

Signature Pokémon: Glaceon (or Mega Abomasnow, as every Champion seems to have a Mega now…)
She has a vast knowledge about many things and seems to be a bit lost in thought often, but is very rational and concentrated when battling. Despite specialising in Ice types, she has one or two Pokémon that don’t have this type in order to balance the many weaknesses of Ice Pokémon. After the main storyline, she can sometimes be found in a library, together with her good friend Lucian from the Elite Four in Sinnoh, where she’ll tell you about some myths or trivia about various things, and on Sundays she’ll be in a place with cold temperatures and offering you to trade an Eevee holding an Abomasite for one of your Pokémon which level is 50 or less. However, the special thing about this trade is that there is a 50% chance that she will use the Pokémon she received fully evolved, and of course higher-leveled, in a rematch.

A new twist on an old region. Here's mine:

The idea I had for this region (Hoenn, but different) was kind of post-apocalyptic. The discovery of the new Fairy-type caused international panic, especially among Dragon-type trainers who had long reigned as specialists of the 'strongest' type. Leagues all over replace members in fear, regions start spying on one another to monitor how much of this mysterious type they possess, and eventually the known world descends into a second pokémon war. Poison specialists and Steel specialists thrive. In the middle of all this, a new evil team with ex-members from the others rises, and everything is thrust into chaos. The idea is that you are fighting through a mostly conquered Hoenn, with the only standing cities being those in the ocean (Dewford, Pacifidlog, Mossdeep, Ever Grande, Sootopolis) and one left on the coast (Lilycove), encountering several factions along the way.

Note that levels/evolutions are not even, as this is an everyone-for-themselves world now

*None of the images are mine. Found on Google.

Gym Leaders

Stone Badge (Rock)
Place: Rustboro City
Gym Leader: Roxanne

-Roxanne also has a Carbink. It can be seen in contests after the player has beaten the Elite Four.
-Team up with your friends (you choose who you double battle with) as you go to school in your conquered home-city, finally strong enough to challenge the gym-leader.

-Roxanne will also tutor any of the player's pokémon any of the moves her pokémon know, for free, any amount of times, as the occupying team has hoarded all the TM's.
-The player and the unchosen player character will then leave for Petalburg to find a boat to take them to Dewford to meet their next League contact.

-Lucy will tutor any of the 'tail' moves to the player's pokémon, an unlimited amount of times.
-In addition to prize money, the player will also win BP for battling her, which can be used later
-The story takes place before, after battling some Team Dominus grunts at the Petalburg Port, and the trio of characters meet their contact at Dewford, who asks them to continue working for the Hoenn Government, sending them to deliver several TM's to the leader of Sootopolis to reinforce the city's trainers, stopping at Pacifidlog along the way.

Blueprint Badge (Water)
Place: Sootopolis City
Gym Leader: Capt. Stern
"Once I designed boats for science, in my home city of Slateport. Now I only create war submarines for the Government. Oh? You have something for me? (player gives TM's) Well, this will get them off my back for a while. You have my thanks, defending this city is difficult. Now, um... Would you care to battle?"

-All of his pokémon can be found underwater.
-The player will battle him in the Cave of Origin, where he is studying the effects of the war on the foundation of the volcano along with the old man that guards the entrance.
-After this the player receives a call to guard a shipment of arms being delivered to Mossdeep City, and will board it outside Sootopolis. More story here and a triple battle of Elise, Oran, and Terry (Brendan's little brother default name) with the three admins who attack the shipment.

Mangrove Badge (Grass)
Place: Mossdeep City

-Amaryllis will tutor any of the 'petal' moves, as well as give the player a different berry each day of the week (Spelon, Pamtre, Watmel, Durin, Belue).
-Her husband will hand out Wailmer Pails
-There will be a quick cutscene, and then more story as Mossdeep is attacked in the night, and the player(s) will battle more grunts from Team Dominus and soldiers from Kalos
-After that, they are sent to Lilycove to guide refugees to Mossdeep

Devon Badge (Steel)
Place: Lilycove City

-The Lilycove Gym is where the old Aqua/Magma base was
-Story takes up most of the play after this, and the player can choose which of their companions (or they can choose Steven Stone) to battle with against the invading armies of Unova.
-During this time, the player is given the choice to steal one of the TMs (Fire Blast, Thunder, Blizzard) from the Department Store. Whether or not they do changes the game later.
-Eventually, Lilycove will fall, but the player will be spirited away by the Trick Master to Slateport City and escape. Steven is captured while the other two characters meet up with the player later in the game.

Guess Badge (Psychic)

-Adede will tutor the move 'Megahorn' and the move 'Silver Wind' to the player's pokémon, and give them a Life Orb.
-After this, the player reunites with their two friends, who escaped from Lilycove.
-The invading forces are merging, one last final battle with many factions. Several triple, double, multi, and rotation battles take place. Major bosses will be battled here.

The areas of Hoenn will still be occupied, but slowing losing their power.

"I lost. I've beaten my rivals, countless trainers, but I lost. That's good though. It keeps me humble. Just you wait, GARDEVOIR and I will squash you next time! But for now, go. You're in for a surprise in the next room."
-Wally's room has pink walls and floors, but the ceiling is made to look like the night sky.
-If/When Gallade uses 'Misty Terrain' the moonstones on the floor will glow and clouds will float above the battlefield.
-Like Phoebe, his pokémon will alternate between their Mega Evo's with each rematch, and he will also use a Wigglytuff in those rematches

Elite Four Winona (Flying)
title485848880.png
Place: Ever Grande City
"Surprised? Wally still can't believe I beat him, haha! Honing my skills in the trees, living amongst the birds and the bugs, I honed my skills as a trainer. So much that when the ELITE FOUR went off to war, the League asked me to replace Drake! Now, come forward trainer! Try and conquer me and my birds! I'm Winona, Flying-type specialist, and I'm on a different altitude!"
Pokémon:

Altaria (Female)
(Holding Power Herb)
-Dragon Dance
-Sing
-Sky Attack
-Dragon Claw

Skarmory (Female)
-Steel Wing
-Brave Bird
-Spikes
-Night Slash

Swellow (Male)
(Holding Toxic Orb)

-Protect
-U-Turn

Tropius (Female)

-Solar Beam
-Air Slash
-Sunny Day

Pelipper (Female)
-Rain Dance
-Hurricane
-Scald
-Ice Beam

"Oh! Brought down to earth, again! Your skills are even more breathtaking than the flight of my birds! Surely, you have potential. But you're not finished yet. I'm afraid there's one more person you must defeat - the CHAMPION! Go on to the next room, and change the fate of Hoenn!"
-Winona's room is very tall, with the the floor being painted blue.
-There are different levels in the room, based off the ozone layer(s), and if the player has a pokémon that knows Fly, they will go up one level each turn until they reach the highest one. The highest level is painted to look like the background of Meteor Mash/Cosmic Power as they appear in Gen III.
-Winona's Altaria will Mega Evolve in rematches, and she will also have a Crobat

Champion Glacia (Ice)
title420147832.png
Place: Ever Grande City
"Hello, challenger. Were you expecting someone different? Perhaps May? Professor Birch? Sidney? Wallace? No. They're all off at war. Those of us left behind, it is up to us to defend this region. My skills have been perfected, first by my intense training and now by this war. Sure, Dark, Ghost, Bug, and Poison types can create fear. They appear frightful. But true brutality, true horror comes in the least expected form! The sheer cold of the Ice-type will overwhelm you! Prepare to be frozen!"
-As a note: It will already be hailing in Glacia's room. The hail is permanent, and will not run out of turns. Any attempt to change the weather will fail.
-In addition, it is truly cold in her room. The player only has a set number of turns to defeat Glacia or they will faint and lose by default. The number increases or decreases depending on the number of Fire-types the player has.
-The PP for Blizzard is maxed on all of her pokémon.
Pokémon:

Walrein (Female, has Ice Body ability, will Mega Evolve)
(Holding Mega Stone)
-Surf
-Protect
-Toxic

(Holding Air Balloon)
-Blizzard
-Hydro Cannon
-Drill Peck
-Flash Cannon

Beartic (Male, has Snow Cloak ability)
(Holding Life Orb)
-Icicle Crash
-Aqua Jet
-Play Rough
-Stone Edge

"Impossible! I, Glacia, former member of the ELITE FOUR, CHAMPION of Hoenn, and one of the three GUARDIANS, stand defeated! Your resilience is even more powerful than that of ice. Honored challenger, congratulations!"
-Glacia's room is fashioned entirely out of ice. It is very large and has lots of room for pokémon to move around in/battle.
-The player's two friends (Oran or Elise and Terry) and the player's father will enter the room and celebrate with them.
-The other two guardians (people sworn to protect Hoenn who use the Regi trio), Roxanne and Steven, will also enter the room to congratulate the player.
-A few months later, Hoenn fully defeats the invading regions and Team Dominus, and there is peace.
-The player may exchange take BP they won from Lucy, and give it to Glacia. This allows the player to access the Battle Tower (since most of the Fronteir Brains are absent)
-The player may also take on challengers after having beaten Glacia.
-After the player has beaten her, she can be found in the Shoal Cave. She will ask the player is they are pure of heart. If they stole, she will express her disappointment and nothing will happen. If they did not steal, she will open up a secret chamber for them where Kyogre can be caught.

Extras/Other Trainers

Caroline (May's Mother, Normal-type user)
Place: Oldale Town
"Hello there. My name is Caroline. I just finished helping Nurse Joy and Teala fortify the Pokémon Center. Oh? You're on a mission for the League? I'm sure they picked you for a reason. But be careful, there are spies and roadblocks everywhere. To test your strength, would you like battle? [YES/NO]"

If NO: "Oh, that's alright then. I understand you only have so much time.

If YES: "Alright then! My husband was a Gym Leader, so don't think I'll be easy to defeat!"

@DexxaTheWaffle; I understand you want to space out the texts, but you don't have to hesitate writing all of it in one post. Multi-posting isn't regarded well on forums in general, so you should try to avoid that at all costs.

Just a friendly reminder. :)
