Anyone a type trainer?
I was wondering if anyone here is a type trainer, meaning water, fire, or dragon trainer, etc. Do you have problems with battling other people? I mostly use ice with some water because their my favorite and I'm usually able to do some damage. They balance each other well...
Oh that's a good question... I'm going to have to go with Articuno just for nostalgia sakes. Also Articuno has always had my favorite in game cry. I usually inch the volume up a little when I send 'em out just to hear.
I might go with species group rather than type. I wouldn't mind all fish pokemon.
-Goldeen
-Whiscash
-Qwilfish
-Wailord
-Starmie (starFISH)
-Tentacruel (jellyFISH)
But being an ice-type trainer would be great.
-Articuno
-Kingler
-Furiijio
-Cloyster
-Goldeen

Yeah the Tentacruel episode is on the DVDs. Some of the swarm pokemon caused serious trouble like Spearow and Beedrill. Maybe Jigglypuff. That permanent mark got some serious milage...
If anyone is having trouble finding other players, you might be able to improve it. Here is some info on a process called port forwarding, meaning you allow more traffic to the Wii. You just have to go into your router settings and mess with the DMZ to the Wii, not your computer...
