You may or may not be able to play as Miis on the 3DS. I guess I can sort of find it reasonable, like you can connect your 3DS to your Wii and transfer Miss from your Wii to the 3DS. (you can still use them on the Wii) But, don't get your hopes up, since that could just be background Miis.

Well, why does it matter what the third game is called?... for now. Black & White haven't even been released in Japan (or anywhere), but it would probably be called Pokemon Gray Version, I guess.

I think a Console Game for Generation 5 is going to happen. I doubt it will be on the Wii because there will probably be a Wii successor in about 1-2 years, anyway. But I hope you can get badges, battle people, like the ones on Handhelds, but also have a cool little twist to it.

I think there should just be a new area or new stones. It would be annoying to trade Generation 4 Pokemon back to the Generation 4 games just to evolve them. Or at least that's what I think.

Seems pretty cool. This Pikachu does in fact have the same move set as the one in the Anime (Thunderbolt, Iron Tail, Quick Attack, Volt Tackle) and it's holding a Light Ball. So, better stats then a regular Pikachu, eh? Makes sense because Pikachu is powerful in the Anime. (Ash's, of course)
