depends on the tier. in ou electivire will most likely get it´s butt kicked and hard. in lower tiers it might be pretty useful.

I can´t see them doing that. too much work. And also do you know if the accessories have some sort of effects on the trainer. for example faster running, more pokemon encounters or pokemons will have a greater friendship when caught? That would be a great way to make the accessories somewhat...
