The most logical ratio in a 13p game with 1 indep would be 9-3-1. What would the last member of town be then? What about Giovanni being scum? Lance is a good option if you consider both red and blue to be in the mafia. It doesn't make sense with cheffs wincon to support scum. That would mean...
