It really isn't. You can quite clearly see where the Wash is on Galar which given Stow-on-Side is right on top of it, would put the town hypothetically around the Lincolnshire/Norfolk area which is leagues away from where Dungeness is.

Dungeness was never considered a desert. This misinformation really needs to die, it is a shingle beach and nothing more.

Given how everyone and their mother has said that they're getting the Violet version, I am quite surprised to see that it was Scarlet instead that was listed as the "#1 Top Seller in PC & Video Games" on Amazon (at least in my country anyways). :unsure:

Unfortunately I start my new job as soon as the game is scheduled to arrive so I doubt I'll have a lot of time to play it alongside all the other things I have to get done each day. Hopefully I won't get spoiled by the internet as I trudge along slowly in the game~

My thoughts are thus follows: This trailer being voice acted is a little weird since iirc it's been confirmed that there's no voice acting in the game. I wonder how well her personality will translate once she is muted and with limited animations. The teeth really bother me, I don't know why...

They do, but it would be quite the jump in effort from swapping out the same generic line of text shared by every PokéCentre/Mart NPC in the post-game to having to code new lines of dialogue for potentially every scene in the other two routes if you happened to complete the Victory Road first...
