    Amending this with a self-correction. There is one random NPC Trainer who uses a Z-Move unannounced. Ace Trainer Lindsey at the Poni Wilds has a Poisonium Z on her Toxapex. Near as I can tell, she is the only instance of this in the entire game. Weird.
