My favourite based on concept is Alcremie, with the wedding cake theme it has going on. Other G-Max forms I love are Butterfree, Lapras, Rillaboom, Orbeetle, Drednaw, Toxtricity, Hatterene, Grimmsnarl and both forms of Urshifu.

Based primarily on aesthetics, I'd have to go with Alcremie. I love the cake theme going on with its design and it also has one of the best G-Max Moves as it heals both user and its ally, which can be useful in Doubles.
