Back when the Pokemon anime was the darling of the late Saturday morning children's block named Kids' WB, there would often be animated bumpers featuring characters such as Ash, Misty, Brock, Pikachu and so forth. They were pretty memorable because of all the hilarious scenarios that occurred and how they interacted with characters from other shows on the block:
From 2004 to 2007, Cartoon Network, which often aired episodes of Pokemon as well, had their own bumpers that involved characters from their different shows interacting. Here's a compilation of them:
The first thing you'll notice is that how seamlessly they bounce off each other. Unlike Kids' WB's bumpers which just had character models ripped straight from their shows and dubbed over with new dialogue, the CN City bumpers had entirely original animation dedicated to them. Which brings us to the point of this whole thread: What if Cartoon Network made bumpers featuring characters from the Pokemon anime? The only thing we got was Pikachu in a poster.
Rules: Characters are from Advanced Generation since it was airing around the same time. You can either come up with an atmospheric bumper with no dialogue, or a full script for a bumper detailing the scenario, what the characters are saying to each other, and whatever CN characters Ash, Pikachu, May, Max, Brock, Team Rocket and vice versa are interacting with. Have fun!
