Increase the avatar size

I think if there is some space in the postbit, then a small increase for everyone would be nice and allow users to include a bit more in their avatar.

Mods: 130x130
Super Mods: 150x150
Admins: 175x175

I think that these would be good limits. Personally as a user I've always wanted a bit more avatar space but not too much more. These limits also give moderators and ups perks. As for Mozz, I don't really have a comment.

You know, one of the most exciting things about being modded was the avatar size increase, at least for me XD

You'll be surprised at how much better a 115x115 avatar is ; I think that everyone should have the pleasure of experiencing that ^^

I don't really mind if the mods have 130x130 or 140x140. But I think that the 120:140 ratio is closer to what it was originally (see examples).

Remember that a lot of our rules and such are in place to handle legacy connections/not-full-broadband that isn't all that fast. If everyone had 150x150 and a 300kb limit, you could force people to dowload 3 megabytes of avatars every time they load a page with 10 posts on it. That's a lot!

Even for people who don't have speed issues, many people are bandwidth limited due to their ISP and I think we have to be sensitive to that.

I'd be open to an increase, but I think it should be on the lower end of current proposals.

(Edit: Adding, for instance, my avatar is 115x115--but only a shade over 20kb. And I think it's more than sufficient.)

130, 140, and 150² for each rank is enough (sorry to spoil the higher-ups' fun, but this is how I feel on the subject)
