Pokemon Academy 3: The Roots Start Up

Dante watch Lex and Sophie do the one thing they love to do - spar. They usually practice submission holds, but not to the degree or effectiveness Dante always shows because of two reasons: Lex isn't that strong, and he doesn't like to beat up women, but sparring is different. "Weird set of kids we got, huh?" Dante asked, as he watch Dustin hovering besides them. He may not like girls, but he'll always be protective of Soph. Mira and Gabby were talking to each other while Shinn and the boys were playing soccer.

"By the way, things have been good, but my job keeps me away from home most of the month." He said, going world-wide to help qualm raging daemons or arresting malevolent ones.

 

[Flaze]

"Yeah that must be tough." Ellery said to Dante.

"But it helps," Carey said. "A lot of the kids at my school are demons or half demons,"

 

[Kamen_Fanatic]

"It is, but at least Lex knows my face and I exist." Dante said, watching Sophie breaking out of a hold, rolled away and charged at him. Lex stood his ground and caught the charge, then moved to let Sophie to fall. Lex held out his hand, and Sophie gladly accepted it.

 

[Flaze]

"I wonder if I should teach Shinn about fighting." Ellery scratched his head. "Not that I wouldn't trust you to do it." he said to Dante. "But it'll be a good thing to bond with."

 

[Hector]

"Yeah, but I wouldn't trade 'em for the world." James said to Dante.

 

[Flaze]

"Yeah me neither." Ellery said.

"Forget it I'm walking." Carey frowned and started stomping.

"Come on Carey." Alex whined as he followed her to stop her.

 

[Hector]

"You want me to give her a ride?" James asked Ellery about Carey. "I mean it would take me about thirty seconds to get her to her rally and come back."

 

[Flaze]

"Sure, I forgot about that option." Ellery said.

"Would you please?" Carey asked.

 

[Hector]

"It would be my pleasure." James answered with a smile on his face. "You want to come too?" He asked Alex.

 

[Flaze]

"Sure, why miss the chance of being near hot cheerleaders." Alex nodded his head.

 

[Hector]

"Good thinking Alex." James grinned at the boy. "Be back in a second." James said to the group before the trio vanished in a flash of lightning. They appeared moments later just outside the pep rally. "Alright, you kids be good... who am I kidding?" James asked himself because he knew that he wasn't the strict parent type. "Both of you go have fun." He instructed the teens.

 

[Flaze]

"We will." they both answered. "Thanks big bro." Carey said as she ran into the stadium.

"See ya." Alex waved.

 

[Hector]

James smiled and waved before popping back to the house. "See that was easy." He said to the group there.

 

[Flaze]

"Thanks man." Ellery said. "I still can't believe how everything has change, how Alex and Carey have grown up, you know they're going to the academy after summer."

 

[Hector]

"No I know what you mean." James agreed with him. "I'm sending Kyle as well. He's not sure what to think but I told him there's places to surf so he should be alright with it."

 

[Flaze]

Ellery chuckled. "I hope they don't have a lot of trouble." Ellery said.

 

[Hector]

"They'll do fine." James said in an assured tone. "And I'm pretty sure they won't get into nearly as much trouble as we did."

 

[Flaze]

"Yeah, it's a new time." Ellery nodded his head. "And a new adventure for them." he smiled as he looked at the sky.

 

[Hector]

"Yep. Our adventure is over and theirs is just beginning." James thought out loud as he looked up at the sky as well.

 

[Flaze]
