I mean not everyone lives in a hot country. Its 7C here, which is fairly chilly, plus the fact that my heat in my apartment unexpectedly broke, meaning a call to Maintanance is in order which is a pain.

Its not really a pain. Its just the same thing happened last year and its aggravating. Im paying a lot to live here. I have work and other responsibilities too. Im not going to be able to be here when they show up meaning I wont be able to learn what the issue was.
