Speculation XY gameplay different from ORAS?

I'm not fussed whether the pokemarts are separate again and I'm stoked they've not made many changes from what we've seen, x and y was the pokemon game i dreamed as a kid, lush visuals with proper animations not sprites jiggling lol, IMO ruby was always the best looking world, I remember one route that always rained when you walked past a certain part and there was puddles with cloud reflections in, I hope they kept that route the same for this game, imagine how sick it's gonna look this time around. The PSS has 100% made a return along with character customization, They go hand in hand, + everyone loved buying cloths and hairstyles to make a character properly unique(as unique as the very limited selections would allow)

lso i think you guys forget how easy to make these pokemon games are, most of the gamefreak staff have been doing nothing but pokemon games for half there lives, the mechanics behind each game rarely change and are straight code copy/paste to the next game, when you already have a reference for a world your production time is already halved because most of your designs are already done, you just need to translate it to the more modern x/y engine and polish up a few things here and there, many assets such as building designs and character designs aswell as stuff like trees, textures wont have to be designed again, so in short i wouldn't worry that this game had a relatively short dev cycle, gamefreak never disappoints.
