i just collected all the legendary pokemon and completed my legendary dex(lol dont know if it is a term)
so i want to give them away but not for free

As for the moves if you cannot get all of them(or raise them to a high enough level to get those moves), only put the egg moves.

What nature and IVs does your Heatran have? And is it legit or hacked? I've looking for a Heatran; if it's legit and has decent IVs and a good nature, I can trade you a competitively bred Smeargle or Charizard in return.

the nature is naughty
it does not have any IVs of 31
its attack is between 26-31
and its speed is 0
i dont know the rest(the kiloude judge mentioned these two and saw the conversion of his lines on bulbapedia)

Hmm, that Speed IV of 0 is discouraging me. I'll pass on Heatran, but I do have some others I'm interested in - Zapdos, Mew, Suicune, Latias, Deoxys, Cresselia, Darkrai, Virizion, or Landorus are the ones I'm interested in the most. Could you list the IVs and natures of these? It will help me decide which one I'd like in exchange for Charizard.

Just to clarify, when you say the Defense and Special Defense IVs of the Charizard should be between 21 and 31, that includes those numbers too, right?
 
I have a 4 IV Charmander with an Adamant nature and Blaze for it's ability. I also have several other 4 and 5 IV's posted in my shop.

It doesn't. All of my 4 & 5 IV's have come from the Wonder Trade. My shop

so sorry because i want them ready for competitive use(mega charizard x requires egg moves and mega y requires a high sp. attack stat so i cant)
