I'd say Leaf. I always liked her design the best. Kris is a really close second, though.

Leaf's design was just dull, Kris had a horrible style, same with May and Dawn looked like a little kid who tried to dress up like an adult. White is by far the cutest and best looking girl with a good dressing style, but since I couldn't vote her, then Lyra. Lyra was cute :3.

May for sure. I always loved Brown/short hair. Unfortunately her sprite wasn't really well done.
