"Oh please," Bria commented, "There's honor in that jawline."

"Why not both?" Bria laughed as she made her way to the bakery counter, "How many muffins we wanting, guys?"

"Sure," Bria replied, "We'll get them when we're finished. That way they'll be fresher."

"Sweet. One thing off my list," Nicolette said. Food shopping was her favorite, but ammo shopping was also her favorite. It was a good day.

"Perfect," Nicolette answered. "I'm so happy there's finally someone else excited about ammunition," she added with a fake sniff. "It was just me. So lonely."

The rest of the shopping trip went off without a hitch. The groceries were bought, and much to Bria's dismay, the arsenal was bought in the same trip as well. The group had went back to the safe house, and were welcomed by the smell of Rose cooking breakfast. The aroma of bacon, sausage, freshly made biscuits, and other breakfast items.

"Anyone want breakfast?" Rose called out to the people returning from the store.

Xavier nodded. "That sounds lovely, thank you Rose." He said gratefully as he stepped inside. "Let me just put some things away and I'll be right back." He added before going upstairs to his room. Besides the food and the ammunition, he'd also stopped at a tailor for a brand new wardrobe. He'd picked up shirts, pants, ties and vests that day and his bespoke suits would be ready later in the week. Whistling to himself, he put his purchased ammo away and changed into one of his new white shirts and slate vests before heading back downstairs.

"Thank you," Nicolette jokingly sniffed back.

When the group arrived back, the young woman simply went back into her quarters to properly put her new items away. This included junk food and ammo - both things she was clearly excited about. She would eat later; Nicolette was never really hungry for breakfast.

Xavier made his way into the kitchen and helped himself to a piece of bacon and a cup of coffee. "You really are the best Rose." He told the woman with a smile before heading back out into the living room where he picked up his newspaper so he could get back to reading where he left off.

"It's nothing at all," Rose replied as she smiled to Xavier before looking to Adrian, "Want to put those away while I finish working on the food?"
