that's cool looking. It's like a mix between the retro coloring of Poliwrath and the new fresh looking card. Awesome.

Really nice! I like the background w/ Misty. Only problems I can see are the font for HP and the energy signs look a bit fake 
but hey, I couldn't make a fake card for my life, so I shouldn't be talking xP
since it's a gym leader's pokémon and SP, maybe you could add a GL after the name? idk, looks fine as-is, but wasn't sure.

on pokemon SPs they don't have the trainer name in their name, instead should have GL... other than that I think it looks really good. Now make the other 150 cards
