Suggestion Notification For Someone Replying To A Blog Comment?

I'm not exactly sure how it would work, but, I'd definitely recommend there be some sort of notification whenever someone replies to a comment you make on someone's blog, similar to Facebook. It's not a huge necessity but it would be a huge help in starting conversations, because often I've forgotten whose blog I've commented on/where I last was. x_x

EDIT: I'd also like to suggest adding a notification for someone even posting a comment on your blog. The only way to see it currently is to go on the blog itself, but you don't get any actual notification.
 
There's no possible way to do that on vBulletin. I'd love a feature like that too, but there's no add-on or anything for it. The only way is to enable e-mail notifications.
 
There is, for getting blog comments.

Blog CP -> On the bottom of the main page, there is an option for Blog Comment subscription -> Instant email notification.
 
I think he was talking about an in-forum notification.
