Well, although I wish I had a better version of this picture (like without part of it being covered by that "Subscribe Now!" thing), beggers can't be choosers, I suppose. Anywho, here's one of my favorite classic Sugimori pics.
I think I have an uncovered version
Here you go.
It's another cover of Pokemon Guide. Image is pretty smaller but uncovered.

You don't have permission to access /joyful/img/1959.jpg on this server.
Thanks, but... well, it seems that link gives me this:
A 403 error.
It's on this site:

I also get a 403 for that, can you save the pics and upload them for us?
Resurrecting for more arts.
Lotsa old arts this time, not even Pokemon related. First up, from Gamefreak's Quinty:

Next up, from the game Bushi. This game I've never heard of, but the sprite art is fabulous. Anyway, these should have larger images but Archive.org didn't archive them, maybe there's some way to obtain the full images. Here's the link to the archived pages: http://web.archive.org/web/20000511164313/www.gamefreak.co.jp/GF_HIS/histop.html
Last is from Jelly Boy:
I really hope the larger images can be located. I posted some at Pokesho so they may be able to find them.
-edit-
Currently I'm playing the Rom of Bushi Seiryuden as its called (the ones with traditional Japanese clothes come from that game.) The "avatars" of the NPCs are definitely Sugimori style, so I'll try to post some of those. Here are a few of them for now:

Pardon that most of them are big. I just figured out how to resize the window in Zsnes, so if I rip more they'll be the smaller size. Also, that pink flying creature really looks a lot like Skitty, wouldn't you say?
I got the Prima Guide for Crystal and Nintendo Power one for GS. I was very lucky because it's almost impossible to get in Poland (I'm Polish). And there is nothing interesting in them. Only quite interesting art is the Female's Backpack in the back cover but it's covered by something else. What's a shame. But better than nothing. But Japanese guidebook are better. I think there is something interesting in them. *believes that there is an official Sugimori's GSC Kanto map in it*. The GSC Artworks are the hardest to find. Big shot of Kanto Map is what I'm looking for from MANY YEARS! And the best I found is a small shot from Garden. but I'm very glad that they used the GSC map not RGB or FRLG.Yeah, trainer arts seem very rare (when are they gonna make an art book?) I may see if I can buy a japanese guidebook for GSC or maybe an old RBGY one, though they may have nothing in them.

These are a few of the GSC arts I've come across:
And this seems to be from a Pokemon Daisuki promo card:
