[Optional] Bracket Creation

If you want your tournament to have a fancy bracket created by a moderator, please notify a moderator by posting in this thread with the following:

*The type of tournament you have (Single elimination, double elimination, round-robin)
*Who will be participating
*When it will occur

A mod will contact you prior to the start date to set you up with a bracket. The bracket can either be randomized or created at the users' request. If you would like to create your own bracket, this site could help; there are others if you are interested in searching.

Hi I would like to host a tournament - it is not a live tournament.
This will be called the Aprill Marill Tournament (name due to change)
This tournament will be a team tournament
there will be a captain assigned to each team who will (with the consent of other players decide the order)
Team A vs Team B

Team A: Team B:
Player 1- Uber battler vs Player X- Uber Battler
Player 2- OU Battler vs Player Y- OU battler
Player 3- UU Battler vs Player Z- UU Battler
Player 4- NU Battler vs Player D- NU Battler
Player 5- OU Battler 2 vs Player E- Ou Battler 2


and the most number of wins out of the 5 will be the winner
so that way lets say Team B wins so team B will battle the team from the other bracket. That way a team will be a victor. If there are less people signing up we can decrease the number of categories...
We can make this round robin if the number of people signing up is less 20 or less
if we get more numbers then we will make it a single elimination tournament
The teams will be decided by random number generator, though many good players will be considered captains as soon as they sign up, to prevent a team being too good.

That looks good. You can actually make a thread for that (I think thread creation is enabled...right?) and then just post the name and a link in here so I can update the calendar.

This will be called the Aprill Marill Tournament (name due to change)
This tournament will be a team tournament

This is NOT a live tournament, the matches will be done over wifi and done over a period of time (may differ each round)

RyeKew's Round Robin Tournament (CLOSED)

I would like to host a Round Robin tournament. The consolation prize is:

Level 1 (UT)

Rules:
1. Standard (OU) battles
2. Battles will be level 100 Single 6 vs. 6
3. Standard clauses (see here)
4. No hacked Pokémon. Any reports of hacks will be checked and any hackers will be disqualified

I'd like to have 5-6 people but I can accommodate more if need be. You will be facing every other person in this tourney so the fewer, the better.

The object of this tourney is to stay alive. You don't want to waste your Pokémon if you can help it. At the end of each battle, you must count the number of Pokémon remaining on your side and add that to your score. The person with the highest score wins. I will set up the bracket on Friday so be sure to sign up before then. The tourney will start on April 10th and I would prefer you get your battles done by the end of the month.
