I think you got me and Dannianomoly's orders mixed up. I asked for a Normal Mebukijika and He asked for a zombie charmander. I got a zombie charmander and Dannianomoly got nothing.

It's not exactly what i wanted but its pretty dang close i thing to get it to get it perfect it might be dragon/water or dragon/ice im not sure which by the way your a great sprite artist

Maybe an electric-ish spark background coming out of the Jolteon (not animated) like the one around your Porygon in the sig banner of yours? If it's too complicated, it's fine if you don't do it. I was just bored, so I decided to see how many of your services you could combine
