I know Pokemon can die as shown in Movie 5 with Latios dying in the end, but how long can Pokemon live up to? In this movie, it mentions that Victini is trapped in the castle for thousands of years but perhaps that's because it's a legendary? Or do Pokemon live forever?

Pokémon movies usually have the higher quality of animation and art, thus this movie is no exception. Personally, I feel that animation in this one looks gorgeous, but whether it's "scenery porn" depends solely from an individual. Beauty's in the eye of beholder, ya know.

Interestingly, the box office reports list these movies as "Victini and the Black Hero, Zekrom." I guess, according to them, the Reshiram movie is just an "alternate" version of the film (like how the Japanese dub of Harry Potter is an alternate version) and the Zekrom movie is the one that counts.

Couldn't that also be because it was the Zekrom movie that was announced first? So film people will probably find that one more recognisable than Reshiram (despite the constant adverts, promotion and everything).

At the very least, I expect that in the west, the DVD release will probably be a 2-disc job with both movies. In Japan, they probably could sustain releasing each one seperately though.

I was talking about them being shown on TV, but yeah, I believe they will be on DVD as a 2-for-1 deal.
