Those will probably be hard for him to get. Based on what we know so far, they only existed in the Hisui region and are probably now extinct. So unless they somehow get revived from fossils or there is a time travel arc, Goh's not getting them.

They are from the Hisui region, which is old Sinnoh. The reason they are not in the Galar and Alola is because they weren't made until Legends Arceus. The lore reason is probably because they no longer exists. Growlith probably evolved into it's modern day self while Stantler probably lost the ability to evolve.

Well Pokemon wise it'll have been 30 episodes which means a capture soon, but I have a feeling some development needs to happen for that.
