I can EV train them to the moves and EVs, but not to lvl 100 :( If you train them normally after I've EV trained them, it doesn't matter what pokemon you kill, the EVs are there and will be there, so you can train them normally forever :)

I EV train them to right moves and EVs, they're usually about lvl 30 by then, unless I need to level them up for some moves like night slash scizor to 45. I don't train them to lvl 100, because usually all battles are on wi-fi and in wi-fi all pokemon are automatically set to lvl 100 so training...
