Pretty certain GameFreak said not all Mega Stones would be available in game. There will probably be a Dream World of sorts where we find more Mega Stones.

Re: Good EXP grinding location in XY??? Good Call. Might I add, don't do Victory Road, as Geodudes will have sturdy. And remember, if you kill the Horde in one move, you get bonus Exp. Also, Pokemon Amie will raise Exp Gain.

Re: Good EXP grinding location in XY??? Best advice I can give you is using Lucky Egg and the Experience Gain O-Power. Other then that, the highest levels are Victory Road. I'd suggest just finding a spot where your Aggron can 1-2 shot Pokemon, and keep moving on up to higher levels as he grows.
