I don't think it was a coincidence that M7 (which has both Deoxys and Rayquaza starring in it) will air just before the RSE special (on the channel BS Japan). I think more details about Episode Delta will be explained during the program.

That seems to be the case. According to Serebii, the Deoxys encounter is part of a special in-game event called "Episode Delta." This event appears to be triggered if you catch Rayquaza in Spear Pillar.

But even so, the fact that nothing has been posted from this month's edition is telling. The entire CoroCoro magazine is usually leaked before this date on a given month. If there is any news in the magazine, it's probably stuff we have already seen, so the usual leakers do not consider it...

Looks like there is no substantial ORAS news this time around. The fact that the Mega Evolution poster has been uploaded online while nothing else Pokémon-related in the magazine was shows that there isn't any real news.

Is that the end of the leak? Where are the other Gym Leaders/Elite Four members? Because contest conditions are back, and a 170+ beauty rating Feebas can evolve into Milotic again.

Mega Altaria is Dragon/Fairy! It basically gets rid of two of its weaknesses (and gains an immunity to boot), turns a 4x Ice weakness into a 2x one, and is now weak to the meager Poison and Steel (albeit Fairy as well, and it can now be touched by Ground-type moves). Pixilate is a good ability...
