Does Tailwind boost all of your mons speed on the same turn is used? Like, Talonflame uses it in a Triple Battle, will the other two mons speed increase in that same turn and thus make them faster than the opposing mon if they are slower before the Tailwind setup? Or only on the following turn?

So, i'm going to use M-Swampert in a Doubles/Triples Rain team and i was wondering the aumont of Speeds EVs needed to pretty much outspeed anything under the rain, it's Adamant btw.

That's not how Huge Power works, Huge Power doubles the total of Attack and not the base Attack stat. At level 50, Azumarill with a attack boosting nature and 252 EVs and 31 IVs in Attack has 112 and Huge Power doubles it, making it 224 Attack, Azumarill technically has around 150 base Attack.

That's why i'm having trouble picking between the two, Cosmic Power boosts Clefable Defense and Special Defense and also the power of Stored Power wich means it can take hits from both sides of the spectrum confortably like TerraTF said, while Calm Mind boosts Special Attack instead of Defense...

So wich stat boosting move is the best in Stored Power Clefable? Calm Mind or Cosmic Power?
