Nice catch! Hopefully there’s a relation there. As long as her main focus or goal/plot has something to do with a Paldean Pokemon and not a Gen 1 Pokemon (like Goh with Mew) I’m all in!!

I'm fairly certain that this Pikachu will be dubbed in the English Dub. Ever since Alola, every other Pikachu that's not Ash's has gotten a dub voice, same goes for Raichu for that matter.
