Dust Sponge: Restores HP in a Sandstorm.
Warm Up: Reduces HP if it is wet. Sun restores HP (an opposite to Dry Skin)

probably an ability that weak pokemon such as pachirisu, minun, plusle, ect can have that probably increases their defense and special defense, or give them a high percent chance to do a critical hit. idk what to name it though, but the name should have the word "lucky" in there. raticate should have an ability that increases the attack power of biting moves, like hitmonchan has iron fist, but it's too late since it already has two abilities. i'm also surprised raticate can't learn fire fang, ice fang, and thunder fang, but even if it's too late to be an ability, there could be an item that increases the attack power of biting moves.

Sharpen: When a Pokemon uses a move that involves their teeth (Bite/Crunch, Ice Fang, etc.) their Attack is raised, but any other effect a move has is canceled (Crunch lowers enemy's Defense).

Motherly Instinct: Physical moves' power is lowered when this Pokemon attacks a baby Pokemon, but doubles when it fights a fully evolved Pokemon.

Conduit: Electric Pokemon that have moves with STAB have their power increased when fighting inside a powered building or alongside another Electric Pokemon.

Just some I have been thinking about.

Flash Step - Speed rises by one when it is Sunny

Overload - Electric attacks deal 1.5x damage but also deal 1/4 recoil damage.

Hand to Hand Combat: Punching moves power increased by 1.3. they could add it to Hitmonchan.

Canines: Bite, Clamp, Crunch, & the fang moves power increased by 1.3. Arcanine & other dog-ish pokes should have it.

Iron Fist (Base Power of punching moves increase by 20%.) covers that.

Stunned-
When the pokemon switches in, any pokemon that is smaller than this pokemon(size-wise and level-wise) will not be able to attack for the first turn.

I thought this would be cool for a large dark-dragon type legendary!

Tactics: Pokemon becomes the same type as the foe. Not sure what pokemon could have it, but its moves may or may not get STAB anymore, just depends on what its new type is. If foe is swiched out or fains, this pokemons type won't change until end of battle. Also the foe cannot obtain this ability instead of its own any way, and if two pokemon (yours and foe) has this ability, its cancelled out and has no effect.

Deceit: Any pokemon who hits this pokemon has a 1/3 chance of becoming confused.

Cripple - Causes paralysis on switch in. For Pokémon like slaking and Regigigas, who need thier ability to cripple them, because there so powerful. Truant and slow start just cripple them, don't they.

Flash dance - When it is sunny, the Pokemon has a 10% chance of dodging any attack moves thrown its way (even swift and its variants).

Windstorm - "wind" type attacks (air cutter, air blade, gust, razor wind, etc) have their base power upped by 1.3x.

Here's one...

Vengeance: Raises attack power when facing a pokemon that has already ko'ed at least one other party member.

You know, a dark type ability.

Flame Restore: Restores the Pokemon's HP instead of reducing it when the Pokemon is burned. Also, the Attack reducing side-effect is not applied (meant to be a counterpart of Poison Heal). (Has this one been posted?)

Good enough - Pokemon whit this ability cannot raise their stats.

Going Down - At the end of each turn Pokemon whit this ability drops 1 point in atk. def. sp.atk. sp.def and speed.

Meant for a poke whit insane stats to begin whit.

Adrenaline- If a pokemon with this ability gets a status (except sleep or freeze) or if its health is below 1/3 then its speed raises by 25%. If with status AND low HP then speed is doubled.

Guard up- If a pokemon with this ability's health is below 1/3 its Defense and sp.def go up by 1 stage

Fancy Footwork- Raises evasion by 2 stages if health gets below 1/3

Blessed Soul-Psychic and Dark pokemon with this ability increase their Special Attack by 1 stage each time they cause damage using Special Attacks.
